FIRST NATION SURVEYS

The Canada Lands Surveyor designation is required to perform surveys of interests on lands administered by the federal government, including Indian Reserves. We specialize in re-surveying "lost" reserves (some originally surveyed over 100 years ago) on British Columbia's jagged coast.

Many First Nations now face pressure to provide adequate housing and services for growing populations in limited reserve areas. Kenyon Wilson provides development management consulting services in this regard.

British Columbia's First Nations continue to negotiate treaties throughout the province or apply for land management under the First Nation Land Management Regime. Kenyon Wilson can provide surveys for treaty settlement and transfers from provincial to federal or other jurisdiction and economic development.
