Joe Kinrade was born and raised in Powell River, British Columbia.  After graduating from the BC Institute of Technology in 1989, he moved to the Cowichan Valley to start his career with the firm.  In 2001 after years of working his way up through the ranks, Joe obtained the designation Manager of Technical Services.

His specialties include residential, commercial and engineering layout along with topographic surveys.

Joe spent 12 years in the field as our Senior Party Chief before taking over our technical management and has surveyed in many regions of the BC West Coast.

Joe is married with three grown children and enjoys waste wood reclamation projects and alternative energy sources.   He is currently serving on the Cowichan Valley Regional District Area ‘D’ Advisory Planning Committee as vice-Chair.
